Unopened

All unopened products carry a 15-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, we will provide a 30% off coupon towards another product in our store, as not all products are the same.

Not Liable/Not The Manufacturer

Since we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, we cannot offer a manufacturer’s money-back guarantee. If we receive an unopened returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping Insurance

If purchased at the time of the order protects against lost, undelivered, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipping/fulfillment issues must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of the package.

If no shipping insurance is purchased and a shipping claim is made, THCGummies.com reserves the right to deny your claim.
